Reservation Policy

Hotel Elliott Reservation Policy: The hotel requires cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation arrival date. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours will result in a penalty equal to the first nights room and tax. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation, card will not be charged prior to arrival except in cases on non cancellation or pre pay room promotions. The credit card owner must be present at the time of check in. Should you require alternate billing please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to occupy a guestroom.
