CONFERENCE ROOM
LIBERTY THEATRE
Dramatically restored, 1925 vaudeville and motion picture theater, located steps from Hotel Elliott. Recently named one of 12 "Save America's Treasures" sites, the Liberty Theatre hosts concerts, plays, music festivals and other events. With 2,700 sq. ft. of space, the meeting facilites in the Liberty Theatre can accomodate from 50 to 250 guests for special events, private parties, banquets and functions. The Liberty Theatre is Astoria's most elegant function facility.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL EVENT VENUES
The Crabernet Room and Havana Room, which are adjacent to the conference room, are available as other venues for special events, private parties, banquets and functions. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests when used in conjunction with the conference room. The top floor of the hotel boasts the hotel's signature rooftop garden and Presidential Suite.
The Crabernet Room: Features deep, lush gold and rust tones, Bombay-style dark rattan wood furniture, blown-glass light fixtures, and banana-leaf fans. Several historical aspects of the space have been retained, including rough, plastered walls and the deep red tones of the original paint work. The Crabernet Room offers a wide selection of wines by the glass and bottle, wine flights, Champagnes, sparking wines, dessert wines, and vintage ports.
The Havana Room: Features a variety of domestic and Dominican cigars in an intimate setting complete with wicker furniture, palm trees, and antique period lighting. The Havana Room emphasizes quality cigars, from mild to robust, with many rated 90+ by Cigar Aficionado magazine.
Rooftop Terrace: Rooftop deck and garden with a capacity of up to 80 people is also available for special events and weddings. With a panoramic view of the Columbia River and Astoria, the venue is accessible via Presidential Suite or hotel elevator and staircase.
Presidential Suite: For more intimate meetings, or for those occasions where compromise is not an option, the Presidential Suite features a full kitchen, dining room, wet bar and seating for up to eight, in a richly appointed club-like setting.
